Data Operation Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Operations Manager to optimise our sales function and support our high-performing team.

You will be responsible for improving sales processes, managing CRM systems, analysing performance data, and helping drive revenue growth. This is a key role within the business, working closely with leadership and multiple departments., * Optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and performance

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase conversions
• Support, train, and coach sales team members
• Manage lead distribution and sales territories
• Analyse sales data and track KPIs
• Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Oversee CRM management, including data integrity and automation
• Develop and manage sales forecasts
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer support teams
• Implement tools and systems to enhance productivity
