Senior Business Intelligence Developer

The Business Intelligence Developer Senior will lead complex BI initiatives, develop scalable data solutions, optimize data pipelines, and support data-driven decision-making. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into effective BI solutions while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers., * Design, develop, and optimize complex Business Intelligence solutions.

• Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create advanced data models, reporting structures, and analytical solutions.
• Build real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and scripts.
• Partner with business teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Apply best practices for data governance, quality, security, and BI development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI and data-related issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BI developers.
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is required.
• Approximately 8 years of IT experience, with strong experience in Business Intelligence, data modeling, and analytics.
• Strong experience developing and optimizing BI solutions.
• Advanced SQL and data manipulation/reporting experience.
• Experience with complex data modeling and reporting structures.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPI reporting solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior BI developers.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Must be able to work onsite in Irving, TX, Monday-Friday., * Do you have hands-on experience creating complex data models and reporting structures for business analytics?
