  • Pflege und Bedienung der firmenspezifischen IT-Systeme
  • Wartung von Druck- und Telekommunikationssystemen
  • Wartung der installierten Hard- und Software im Windows Umfeld
  • Betreuung von Netzwerken, Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • First und Second Level Support

Requirements

  • Ausbildung zum Informatikkaufmann/-frau, Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger/innen
  • Mind. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Hard- und Software
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zielorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
