Job description
- Anwender-Support vor Ort sowie remote bei Fragen und Störungen rund um iPhone/iPad, Mobile Devices, Scanner und IT-Workplace-Hardware
- Durchführung von IMAC-D- und Break-&-Fix-Tätigkeiten im Workplace- sowie Factory/Shopfloor-Umfeld
- Installation / Betankung, Rollout, Lieferung und Aufbau von PCs / Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Kleinperipherie
- Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im ITSM-Tool (idealerweise ServiceNow), * Festes Monatsgehalt
- Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit
- Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
- Einsätze bei renommierten internationalen Kunden
- Aussicht auf Projektverlängerung und/oder Folgeprojekte
- Persönliche Betreuung
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung
- Gute IT- und Hardwarekenntnisse, Allrounder im Workplace-Umfeld (insb. HP, Lenovo, Drucker)
- Kenntnisse in Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Kenntnisse Windows 10 / Windows 11
- Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Großkunden-/Enterprise-Umfeld und im Arbeiten mit Incident-Ticketsystemen (ITSM), idealerweise ServiceNow
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Körperlich belastbar: in der Lage, mehr als 5 kg zu tragen
- Führerschein Klasse B für Schaltwagen erforderlich
