Job description

  • Anwender-Support vor Ort sowie remote bei Fragen und Störungen rund um iPhone/iPad, Mobile Devices, Scanner und IT-Workplace-Hardware
  • Durchführung von IMAC-D- und Break-&-Fix-Tätigkeiten im Workplace- sowie Factory / Shopfloor-Umfeld
  • Installation / Betankung, Rollout, Lieferung und Aufbau von PCs / Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Kleinperipherie
  • Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im ITSM-Tool (idealerweise ServiceNow), * Festes Monatsgehalt
  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit

  • Einsätze bei renommierten internationalen Kunden
  • Aussicht auf Projektverlängerung und/oder Folgeprojekte

Requirements

  • Gute IT- und Hardwarekenntnisse, Allrounder im Workplace-Umfeld (insb. HP, Lenovo, Drucker)
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)
  • Erste Kenntnisse Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Erfahrung im Großkunden-/Enterprise-Umfeld und im Arbeiten mit Incident-Ticketsystemen (ITSM), idealerweise ServiceNow
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Körperlich belastbar: in der Lage, mehr als 5 kg zu tragen
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Schaltwagen erforderlich
