IT Support Technician

A great, long-established IT services company is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. This company provides and supports IT systems for clients across the UK, taking pride in their high level of technical expertise and professional approach., * Act as the first point of contact for clients, via telephone and email.

• Log and track support issues via the company’s ticket system.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Receive comprehensive in-house training including a 3-day induction at company offices.

• Experience working with Cloud based Microsoft systems, servers - coupled with a strong working knowledge of Office 365.

• Strong, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Hours & Benefits
