Role - We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/DS Consultant to support a large-scale manufacturing and supply chain transformation programme. This role focuses on delivering advanced production planning and detailed scheduling solutions using SAP S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS, helping manufacturing organisations optimise production efficiency, resource utilisation, and supply chain performance. You will work closely with business stakeholders, production planners, and technical teams to design, configure, and support planning solutions that drive operational excellence., * SAP PP/DS Solution Design & Delivery

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solutions
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable planning and scheduling processes

• Order Sequencing

• Planning Optimisation

• Configure and maintain:

• Production Data Structures (PDS)
• Planning Versions
• Resources and Modes
• Planning Heuristics
• Pegging Strategies
• Optimisation Profiles
• Design planning strategies aligned to manufacturing and business objectives
• Support scenario modelling and production efficiency improvements

• Integration & Technical Enablement

• Integrate PP/DS with:

• SAP PP
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• S/4HANA Logistics processes

• Support:

• APO to S/4HANA migration initiatives
• MES and production automation integrations
• CIF integration and monitoring
• IDoc and queue management

• Testing, Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support:

• Unit Testing
• Integration Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Cutover and Go-Live activities
• Troubleshoot planning issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Ensure planning performance, system stability, and data consistency
• Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

• Experience with:

• SAP S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS
• CIF Integration
• IDocs and Queue Management
• SAP Fiori applications

• Proven experience delivering:

• SAP PP/DS implementations
• Enhancements
• Production support engagements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
