Job description

Caterpillar is seeking a Project/Program Manager to support technical project teams by coordinating schedules, maintaining Microsoft Project plans, tracking action items, and facilitating project meetings. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to ensure projects remain on schedule and key deliverables are met., * Maintain and update Microsoft Project schedules and project plans.

  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Gather project updates from team members and provide status reporting.
  • Analyze schedule changes, critical paths, and project variances.
  • Support technical leads with project planning and execution activities.
  • Communicate project updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
