Job description
Agile Project Manager opportunities could sit within teams working to deliver technology solutions using iterative, collaborative approaches. Roles of this type may involve partnering with product owners, development teams and stakeholders to coordinate delivery, improve team performance and drive the adoption of Agile practices. You could work on programmes that span multiple workstreams, contributing to end-to-end delivery success across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data solutions or enterprise platforms., * Facilitating Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, planning sessions, refinements) to maintain delivery momentum
- Removing blockers and impediments that slow team progress
- Coaching teams on Agile practices and supporting the adoption of iterative delivery approaches
- Collaborating with product owners on user story creation and backlog refinement
- Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Supporting risk and issue management within Agile workflows
- Reporting on delivery performance and programme governance
- Contributing to continuous improvement in how teams deliver, Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role:

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery
- Team coaching and stakeholder collaboration in Agile environments
- Understanding of Agile practices, user story creation and backlog management
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams or programmes
- Risk and issue management in delivery contexts
- Relevant degree-level qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with technologies such as CI/CD, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), .NET, Java, React, Kubernetes, Docker or data pipelines could be relevant depending on the delivery context. Familiarity with BPMN, UML or SAP systems may also strengthen your profile.
