SCHOOL BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

The Governing Body and Headteacher of Longridge CE Primary School are inviting applications for a Business Support Officer to join our school team. This post will primarily be based in the main school office, at the reception desk. Regular duties will include acting as the first point of contact, answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and welcoming visitors in to school along with other various administrative tasks.

Longridge CE Primary school is a friendly and hard-working environment. We currently have 201 students on roll, from Reception to Year 6.

• English Language and Mathematics

Desirable Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Business Administration

Essential Experience

• Experience of Microsoft Office systems
• Experience of working in a busy administrative setting

Desirable Experience

• Experience of customer interaction - in person and telephone
• Experience in use of database/MIS systems (e.g SIMS)
