Sales & Systems Administrator (Part-Time with pathway to Full-Time)

This is not a traditional administrative job. We are looking for a highly capable “digital integrator” and sales coordinator. You will take the friction out of the business, leaving our Director and detailing team free to focus on the vehicles., * Sales & Client Communication: Taking inbound leads, confidently quoting pricing for ceramic coatings and PPF, and actively upselling complementary services (e.g., wheel coatings, interior protection & paint protection film packages).

• Digital Systems & Automation: Linking our systems together to make the business run flawlessly. Using tools to automate booking confirmations, calendar management, and aftercare follow-ups. We have lots of opportunities to streamline how we work with customers and communicate with them, from initial quoting to managing the journey through the business.
• Customer Journey Management: Ensuring every client feels valued from the first digital touchpoint to the moment they drive out of our handover bay.
• Studio Administration: Handling invoices, managing the daily diary for our detailing team, and ensuring location and wayfinding information is clear for arriving clients as we as dealing with business administration to allow the detailers the opportunity to deliver on our high standards.

• Confident Communicator: You are not afraid to pick up the phone, build rapport with clients, and close a sale.
• Tech-Savvy: You understand how modern software, CRM systems, and AI tools can be linked to save time and reduce manual data entry. You’re interested in finding out, implementation better systems to ensure quoting and communication with customers is first class.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You do not wait to be told what to do; if a system is broken, you find a way to fix it. If the way we manage the customers data isn’t good enough, lets fix it, if the website needs adjustment or changing or re-platforming, we are open to hearing the ideas and improvements you can bring to our business.
• Growth Mindset: You want to make this role your own, with the ambition to grow it into a full-time, fundamental position within the company.

• Competitive Salary: £13,000 - £15,600 (Pro-Rata for 20 hours).

• Working from home - what we do here is physical and needs to be done on-site but the work in this advert is digital, it can be done else where. However, there is much to share, discuss and collaborate on from the start, noticing how things get done and how it works probably involves shadowing. Any applicant should imagine that being in the “office” initially will be required but that is not fixed. Get started, understand the business and pick the projects to work on and lets discuss where you work best. Home or office. But just be prepared to travel to Denton, Manchester initially.

You don’t have to be a detailing enthusiast or petrol head, if you are it might help but this is all about the right attitude, desire to be part of building something from, almost, the ground up. If you like cars, love figuring out tech problems, like marketing and seeing a business grow first hand. There is a great, exciting opportunity here for you.

You will act as the bridge between our external marketing agency, our internal digital systems, and our clients. You must be comfortable picking up the phone to quote a £2,000 paint protection package, confident in using modern digital tools to automate our admin, and meticulous about sending out aftercare advice and driven to make improvements to the digital administrative processes to streamline the business.
