Job description

Working within a modern Agile environment, you’ll combine strong technical leadership with delivery excellence, driving the development of secure, scalable and resilient solutions while supporting and mentoring engineers to reach their full potential., * Lead and develop a team of software engineers.

  • Drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture and business stakeholders.
  • Own prioritisation, capacity planning and delivery outcomes.
  • Champion engineering best practices, CI/CD and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and operationally robust.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
  • Strong software development background.
  • AWS, Java and/or TypeScript.
  • Microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • CI/CD, TDD/BDD and Agile delivery methodologies.
