Job description
The role of the Data Administrator is to undertake admin duties; input data and maintain and update the client databases., The Data Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data within the service. This role is responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining confidential information on internal databases, in accordance with Open Road and National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) standards. Beyond data entry, the Administrator provides essential support for performance monitoring, reporting and analysis, helping managers and the wider team make well-informed decisions that improve outcomes across the service.
Requirements
- Ability to work in an office environment with proven ability to process high volumes of input accurately and promptly.
- Be computer literate including the ability to use Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also own initiative when working alone.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
