IT Technician

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across various systems and networks, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software. 06:00 - 16:00

Duties:

• Provide technical support and assistance for desktop computers, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components and software applications.
• Conduct analysis of system performance issues and implement solutions to optimise efficiency.
• Assist with help desk requests ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records of all support activities.
