Job description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software development projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures that solutions meet business goals and quality standards., Agile Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track sprint progress and remove delivery blockers
- Ensure user stories are clear, actionable and appropriately sized
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet changing priorities
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date
- Report on project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior management
Project Coordination
- Liaise and coordinate with development team
- Work with stakeholders to prioritise work aligned with company goals.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed scope.
- Support prioritisation decisions based on business impact.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Reporting & Transparency
- Provide clear progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor key delivery metrics such as velocity and cycle time.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes
Stakeholder Management
- · Identify key stakeholders to build strong relationships
- · Strong engagement with clients at all levels, including project managers, SMEs and Senior stakeholders
- · Manage the implementation lifecycle with the client
- · Make sure client needs are met at all stages of the process, implementation and delivery.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * · Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within software solutions
- · Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- · Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks, as well as tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- · Strong organisational and time management skills
- · Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- · Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- · Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, client-friendly language
- · Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- · High attention to detail
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Ma
