Project Manager (Software)

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software development projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures that solutions meet business goals and quality standards., Agile Delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Track sprint progress and remove delivery blockers
• Ensure user stories are clear, actionable and appropriately sized
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet changing priorities
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date
• Report on project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior management

Project Coordination

• Liaise and coordinate with development team
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise work aligned with company goals.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed scope.
• Support prioritisation decisions based on business impact.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Reporting & Transparency

• Provide clear progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor key delivery metrics such as velocity and cycle time.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes

Stakeholder Management

• · Identify key stakeholders to build strong relationships
• · Strong engagement with clients at all levels, including project managers, SMEs and Senior stakeholders
• · Manage the implementation lifecycle with the client
• · Make sure client needs are met at all stages of the process, implementation and delivery.

Do you have experience in Time management?, * · Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within software solutions

• · Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• · Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks, as well as tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• · Strong organisational and time management skills
• · Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• · Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• · Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, client-friendly language
