Practice Lead - Microsoft Copilot, AI & Power Platform

• Newly created role - the shape of the team and how delivery runs is still to be defined
• Work closely with senior leadership and have real input into decisions
• One dedicated client engagement, with strong potential to run for 2 years or more
• Clear route into a bigger leadership role as the practice grows

What you’ll be doing

• Owning end-to-end delivery: solution scoping, development oversight, training, adoption and change management, and governance
• Managing revenue, utilisation and resourcing across the delivery team
• Sitting on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship
• Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
• Tracking and improving delivery throughput, with a focus on driving efficiency through AI

• Strong background in Microsoft technology, Copilot and AI is a must, and ideally Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform
• Proven experience managing delivery teams and owning senior client relationships
• Based in or easily able to commute to London on a regular basis
• This could suit someone already at Lead level, or a strong Principal ready to step up into their first leadership role

This is a genuine leadership role, not a caretaker one. It’s a newly created position on a programme-level engagement spanning multiple areas of a large client group, with real scope to shape how delivery works from the ground up - not stepping into something already fixed in place.
