Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data & Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a full-time, office-based role. It is focused on managing and maintaining our newly implemented ERP system, and the data contained therein, and organising product, supplier, and general company compliance., Data & ERP Support

  • Act as the day-to-day administrator and point of contact for our new ERP system.
  • Input, update, and audit data and company information.
  • Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets for data analysis.
  • Help and support internal teams to ensure correct system usage.
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to share data and system updates.

Compliance Coordination

  • Conduct due diligence checks on products and suppliers.
  • Check and maintain certification and safety data.
  • Gather information and create records to meet regulations like EPR, GPSR, EUDR, and Sedex.
  • Keep organised digital filing systems for all compliance documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather information and sometimes distribute information to customers.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in working with systems, databases and spreadsheets. Specific prior experience is not required but we are looking for someone with relatable skills, excellent attention to detail., * A strong interest in systems, technology, data, and spreadsheets.

  • Competency using Microsoft Excel [sorting, using formulas, formatting].
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Any prior experience using an ERP or database system.
  • Experience in office administration.
  • General understanding of supply chains or product certifications.
