We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Compliance Coordinator to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting quality assurance processes across various departments. Data & ERP Administration
- Become the day-to-day administrator and key support contact for our newly implemented ERP system.
- Maintain, update, and audit product, supplier, and company data.
- Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Support colleagues across the business to ensure accurate and effective system usage.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve data quality and business processes.
- Help drive continuous improvement in how we manage and utilise business information.
Compliance & Supplier Coordination
- Carry out product and supplier due diligence checks.
- Maintain product certifications, safety records, and compliance documentation.
- Gather, organise, and manage information relating to regulations including EPR, GPSR, EUDR, and Sedex.
- Develop and maintain organised digital filing systems.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain required information and support customer compliance requests., * Gain hands-on experience with a newly implemented ERP system.
- Develop valuable skills in data management, compliance, and business operations.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Strong interest in data management, business systems, technology, and process improvement.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and formatting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a busy office environment.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience using ERP, CRM, database, or inventory management systems.
- Previous administration, data entry, or office support experience.
- Knowledge of supply chains, product compliance, or certification processes.
- Experience working with suppliers or managing business records.
