Job description

  • Lead and monitor projects with complex scope requiring integration across multiple modules.
  • Collaborate with analysts to conceptualize functions, data structures, and functional specifications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and modifications to existing functionality.
  • Train end-users and participate in design sessions.
  • Analyze trends, develop performance goals, and report outcomes to management.
  • Utilize emerging technology to recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and serve on interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with IT guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as an EPIC Cadence Analyst
  • EPIC Cadence Certification
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and collaborate effectively
  • Understanding of Bayhealth user community and Population Health concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Clinical database software knowledge
  • Experience in healthcare application implementation and optimization, * Epic Cadence: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Epic Cadence Certification (Required)
