We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Configuration Analyst I to support hardware, software, and asset management activities. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in technology, operations, or configuration management. The successful candidate will assist with device testing, hardware upgrades, software deployments, inventory tracking, and documentation while working closely with internal teams to ensure assets are properly configured and maintained., * Perform basic hardware testing and quality assurance on devices and equipment.

• Assist with asset refresh initiatives, hardware replacements, and upgrades.
• Support software migration and deployment activities.
• Record testing results, inventory updates, and asset information in internal systems and databases.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Warehouse teams to prepare, track, and manage equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to asset configurations, changes, and deployments.
• Assist in reviewing and tracking system or product changes to ensure proper documentation.
• Support configuration management activities by following established processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure asset readiness and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience, internships, or academic project experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software installations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work effectively in a structured environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word., * Experience with hardware deployment, asset management, or technical support through internships, labs, or previous roles.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or ticketing tools.
• Basic understanding of software installations, system upgrades, and device configurations.
