  • Assist with data quality checks and identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data for review and resolution.
  • Support the team in documenting data sources, data definitions, data owners, and how data is used across reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with data entry, data cleanup, data validation, and other activities that support the integrity of centralized data sources.
  • Support the Sport Technology & Data team in identifying opportunities to improve data-related processes and workflows.
  • Assist with testing and documenting enhancements to technology systems, reports, dashboards, and data processes.
  • Assist with survey data collection, organization, and basic analysis as needed.
  • Support the creation of analytical materials and presentations by organizing data and helping communicate findings in a clear and accessible manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

  • Work with departments and business owners across Sport & Athlete Services to collect, validate, and maintain accurate data.
  • Respond to requests for sport and athlete data by helping stakeholders locate and use existing reports, dashboards, and approved data sources.
  • Assist with user support and basic training related to centralized dashboards, reports, and data tools.
  • Partner with the Sport Technology & Data team to document business processes, data workflows, system requirements, and reporting needs.
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance for data integrations, dashboards, reports, and technology enhancements.
  • Maintain organized documentation and reference materials for data sources, reports, dashboards, and recurring processes.
  • Stay current on team tools, systems, and processes and develop knowledge of data and technology platforms used across Sport & Athlete Services.
  • Support special projects and other data- and technology-related initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred emphasis in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, technology, or a related field.
  • Internship, academic, volunteer, or project experience involving data, reporting, technology, or analytics is applicable.
  • Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and data visualization concepts.
