Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support operations within a new automated warehouse environment. This role will analyze data from our Warehouse Management System (WMS), automation equipment, and operational processes to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making., * Analyze warehouse and WMS data to monitor operational performance.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for warehouse operations.
• Track metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, throughput, and equipment performance.
• Identify trends, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with warehouse, operations, IT, and automation teams to investigate data discrepancies and operational problems.
• Validate WMS data and help ensure accurate inventory and transaction reporting.
• Support continuous improvement projects using data and performance analysis.
• Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL and reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI is preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS, warehouse operations, inventory management, or automated material-handling systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
