Job description
We’re hiring an Onsite Printer Service Technician to support and maintain printers and multifunction devices at a customer site in Rocky Mount, NC. This is a hands-on role focused heavily on printer troubleshooting and break/fix support.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, clean, and maintain printers/copiers
- Replace toner, consumables, and basic printer parts
- Install printer drivers and map printers to PCs
- Configure IP addresses, scanning, email/file settings, and user access
- Troubleshoot basic printer connectivity/network issues
- Manage toner, supplies, parts inventory, and equipment records
- Provide onsite customer support and basic equipment training
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2+ years supporting printers, copiers, or similar equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma/GED required
