Job description
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of our contracts and engineer administration. We are looking for someone who is confident working with computer systems, highly organised and able to manage tasks accurately and within required timescales., * Carrying out general day-to-day office administration throughout our system.
- Raising and allocating purchase orders/Invoices.
- Processing engineer job reports accurately and in a timely manner following completion of site visits.
- Reviewing and processing information received from engineers.
- Booking appointments and arranging access to customer sites for scheduling.
- Liaising with schools and other sites to arrange works during school holiday periods and restricted access windows.
- Keeping contract and customer records up to date.
- Assisting with the organisation and forward planning of scheduled contract visits.
- Responding to customer queries and providing general administrative support to the Contracts Manager and wider team.
- Ensuring paperwork, reports and job information are processed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Is organised, reliable and able to prioritise their own workload.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
- Has good written and verbal communication skills.
- Is comfortable dealing with customers and engineers.
- Can work independently while also being part of a small but busy team.
- Is able to work to deadlines and follow jobs through from booking to completion.
- Is keen to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility as the role grows.
Previous experience working with a CRM, job management or scheduling system would be highly beneficial.
Experience within plumbing, facilities management, water hygiene, construction or another service/engineering-based business would also be advantageous.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 per week
