Job description

We are looking for an ambitious, technical individual to deliver outstanding Expert Services. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of standard software solutions, ensuring projects are completed within expected time frames. This role focuses on Zendesk delivery initially, with the opportunity to cross-skill into a second platform over time. It is ideal for someone with a proven record of adapting to multiple platforms who can independently manage their workload across numerous client projects., * Project Execution: Create, monitor, and deliver key project deliverables and technical configurations.

  • Collaboration: Support senior colleagues where required with complex ongoing projects. * Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with growing businesses to ensure software adoption and success.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify project risks and communicate them to leadership for resolution.
  • Communication: Adapt interaction styles to suit different audiences and desired project outcomes., * Can you communicate well enough to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients?
  • Are you comfortable supporting senior colleagues where required with complex

ongoing projects.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Zendesk?, * Technical Agility: Proven ability to learn new skills and systems quickly.

  • Platform Knowledge: Previous experience with Zendesk configuration and setup.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Client Facing: Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Self-Management: Ability to manage targets and personal workload independently.
  • Second Platform (Beneficial): Experience with monday.com or Fin (Previously Intercom) is advantageous and will support growth into a second platform.
