IT Application Manager

For our head office in Hechingen we are looking for a: Your mission

• You will develop modern software solutions and digital applications to optimize business processes and support our company’s digital transformation.
• You will design, program, and implement applications in the Microsoft environment and oversee projects through to production deployment.
• You will develop and maintain interfaces between enterprise systems and ensure a reliable exchange of information.
• You’ll work closely with all of our departments-such as Production, R&D, and QA-to implement practical digital solutions.
• You’ll analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and digitization, and drive continuous improvement.
• You’ll evaluate and integrate modern technologies-particularly AI-based solutions-and support the implementation and further development of digital systems.

• You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training program in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have experience in software development using technologies such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or comparable frameworks, as well as with databases, APIs, and modern software architectures.
• You have knowledge of modern development and deployment environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher, and ideally experience with the Microsoft Azure environment.
• You are familiar with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, messaging systems, and modern integration and architecture concepts.
• You are interested in AI technologies and, ideally, have already gained experience with Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• You work analytically, are solution-oriented, and take initiative; you communicate confidently in German and English and value on-site collaboration in an international environment.
