Level 1 tech support

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for computer systems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Assist with network setup and troubleshooting, including LAN connectivity
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical solutions

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems

• Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with desktop support and IT support functions
• Basic understanding of firewall configurations and security protocols
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• ethernet wiring experience is preferred
