This position provides the opportunity to be a part of the entire engineering life-cycle, where the candidate will be able to apply their Systems Engineering background at the lowest level all the way up through full system functionality. Selected candidate must have a TS/SCI security clearance prior to start., * Experience with Systems Engineering concepts with significant knowledge in at least 2 or more of the following :-

a. Requirements management

b. Test and verification

c. Interface definition

d. Architecture design

e. CONOPS development

f. Agile Development expertise

  • Experience producing quality technical documentation (e.g. procedures, test documentation, training materials, design documentation)
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance to start. Thus US Citizenship is required

Desired Skills

  • Experience with requirements verification, feature test, and/or unit test
  • Experience working on an Agile scrum team or as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with automated test
  • Experience with Cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with signal or mission processing
  • Full development lifecycle experience
  • Outstanding teamwork and communications skills
  • Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
