Systems Support Engineer Yate, Bristol Up to £37,000 per annumVIQU have partnered with a growing organisation who have recently modernised their systems, migrating into Dynamics 365 Business Central. Due to this, they are hiring a systems support engineer to provide IT support and carry out system related projects. This role requires at least four days a week on site presence in Yate, Bristol.Duties of the First Line Support Engineer: Perform IT and system support to a range of users within the company.Support across the Dynamics/Microsoft 365 and Windows ecosystem.Follows SLAs and deal with all tickets in a timely manner.Independently manage system related projects, focusing on improving business related efficiencies. Undertake training on specific ERP related technologies. Requirements of the IT Support Engineer: Experience with IT and systems related support.
