Job description

Troubleshoot & resolve incidents associated with multiple equipment & software; provide break/ fix support, advice, and assistance to authorised users.
VPN Connectivity and Install Anti-virus.
Coordinate related activities (remote & onsite).
Windows 10 Deployment, Migration, Troubleshooting.
Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.
Coordinate and plan installations, de-installations, cascades, moves/ migrations, and add/changes for all EUC Equipment and Software.
Monitor client satisfaction and Service Levels throughout the IMAC activity, following delivery at predetermined intervals and manage inventory.
Providing IT and Desktop support as a level 1 & 2 technician.
Understanding of LAN /WAN networks and basic troubleshooting
Windows Server, Installation, and management.
Active directory Understanding of TCP / IP Protocol.
Understanding of PuTTY, Wireshark / AnyDesk, MS Teams and TeamViewer.
This is a contract role, and you’ll be requested to support on OnCall/Dispatch basis
