Job description

This is a great opportunity to join a growing IT support business, involved right at the heart providing customer support with the flexibility and knowledge to take ownership of any situation.

The role will involve dealing with the clients to support the Engineers on the Help Desk and arrange escalation for more complex issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Previous experience in a variety of IT support scenarios
Problem solving and attention to detail

Experience

Providing remote support to end users
Troubleshooting with respect to Windows, Mac and Microsoft Office applications along with peripherals
Supporting and configuring server solutions including Windows, Exchange and virtualisation e.g. VM Ware
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
Back up solutions and principles
Preventative maintenance on PCs, networks and servers
Office 365
Network devices such as wireless routers and firewalls
