Ensure efficient and timely resolution of IT issues by leading and managing the team, while improving overall user satisfaction through streamlined processes and support Oversee resolution of technical issues while maintaining clear communication, ensuring prompt and quality service that meets user expectations Ensure seamless communication and collaboration, facilitating efficient issue resolution and support Oversee support for Agraya users and second-level assistance for clients Conduct research and suggest new applications to enhance internal processes and simplify users’ daily tasks What we are looking for

Degree in the field of computer science, information technology; or equivalent 5 years of practical experience in a related field and 2 years of experience in managing employees Expertise in diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues Knowledge of operating systems and common enterprise software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory) Proficient in English (C1 level)
