IT Support Specialist

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues and ensure smooth daily operations for the client’s customer base. The role offers extensive work with modern Microsoft technologies and close collaboration with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and drive software quality, in an environment focused on continuous learning, work-life balance and professional development. Critical Requirements

• Completed IT-related vocational training with professional experience, or several years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• German language proficiency at C2 level (native or near-native)

Important Requirements

• Good knowledge of PC hardware, networking, ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Confident working with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with remote support and helpdesk tools such as TeamViewer and Freshdesk
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new software products and services
