Are you an IT professional who enjoys understanding business challenges and helping technology teams develop practical solutions? This IT Product Owner I opportunity is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Business Systems, or a related IT role.
You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping teams stay organized, aligned, and focused on delivering solutions that support business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and translate business requirements
- Manage and prioritize development backlogs
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with developers, testers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Test and validate technology solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues
- Support releases, patches, and enhancements
- Document business processes and technical needs, * Gather and translate business requirements
- Document technical and business requirements
- Manage and prioritize development backlogs
- Write and refine user stories
- Develop acceptance criteria
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Partner with developers, testers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Perform basic testing and validation

- Escalate complex technical issues
- Document business processes
- Support releases, patches, and enhancements
- Connect technical teams with business stakeholders
- Keep initiatives aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant IT experience
- Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Business Systems background
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship-building and business acumen
Technical Exposure
Experience with .NET, Dell Boomi/Boomi, SAP, backend architecture, application support, or parts/dealer/operations applications is valuable.
