Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Network Architect to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of computer networking principles, advanced routing protocols, and modern network security practices, enabling us to deliver seamless connectivity and reliable communication systems worldwide., * Develop and oversee comprehensive network architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Design scalable LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) solutions to optimize performance
• Implement advanced routing protocols such as OSPF (Open Shortest Path First), EIGRP (Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol), BGP (Border Gateway Protocol), and MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) to ensure efficient data routing
• Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, Nexus series, Juniper devices, and Meraki equipment for reliable network operations
• Integrate network security measures including Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), and advanced firewall configurations
• Lead the deployment of load balancers, DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), and system design enhancements to improve network resilience
• Automate network management tasks using scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript within DevOps frameworks to increase operational efficiency
• Support virtualization initiatives utilizing VMware, OpenStack, or similar platforms to optimize resource utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design projects involving AWS, Azure, or other cloud services

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex computer networks within enterprise environments
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, Juniper devices, Meraki solutions, and related hardware
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet switching, IP routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), MPLS implementation, and SD-WAN deployment
• Proficiency in configuring network security protocols such as IPsec VPNs, firewall rules, and access control policies
• Experience with automation scripting in Python or JavaScript for network management tasks
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V; knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is advantageous
• Ability to analyze system requirements and develop scalable network architecture designs
• Excellent troubleshooting skills supported by a solid foundation in TCP/IP networking standards and protocols
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment is desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly across teams
