Systems Administrator

In this role, you’ll work across servers, networks, and cloud environments while providing hands-on support to end users. If you enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and making a real impact behind the scenes, this opportunity offers a great path to grow your IT career., · Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy. · Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access while ensuring security best practices. · Install, configure, and support operating systems, software, and hardware including workstations and printers. · Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance. · Oversee virtualization environments (Hyper-V), backups, and disaster recovery processes including Veeam. · Configure and support network infrastructure including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless systems. · Provide end-user technical support, hardware troubleshooting, and maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Do you have experience in Server virtualization?, · Experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and system management. · Strong knowledge of networking concepts including routing, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configuration (Sophos experience a plus). · Hands-on experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) and backup/recovery solutions such as Veeam. · Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft 365) and hybrid infrastructure. · Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices including endpoint protection, MFA, and access controls. · Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge and experience supporting business applications. · Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
