Beginn: ab sofort fßr den Standort Radebeul Arbeitszeit: 30-40h / Woche Ihre Aufgaben: - Planung und Durchfßhrung interner und externer Kundenprojekte - Einsatz von Diagnose- und Remote-Tool sowie eines Ticketsystems zur LÜsung von Supportfällen - Kontinuierliche Systemßberwachung sowie Daily Business in der IT Ihr Profil: ** - Technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise IT- Fachinformatiker oder Studium - Sehr gute IT- / Netzwerkkenntnisse sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise gute regionale Kenntnisse - Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenadministratoren und Dienstleistern - Hervorragendes technisches Know-how gepaart mit hoher Motivation und Eigeninitiative zur persÜnlichen Weiterentwicklung - Serviceorientiertes Handeln und hÜfliche Umgangsformen - Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit - Fßhrerschein Klasse B **Wir bieten: - individuelle WeiterentwicklungsmÜglichkeiten - flache Hierarchien - spannende & innovative Projekte -
