Job description

• Providing an analysis of a customer’s business requirements and objectives, and work with them to meet those objectives.
• Defining project scope and working with clients to implement the solution in their environment.
• Implement the DelmiaWorks/IQMS solution successfully in the customer’s environment, and get the customer live
• Gather process information from the client’s current workflow, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to gain or improve efficiencies.
• Assist customers with application testing and rollout
• Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion
• Assist customers’ end-users with training and support
• Provide trip summaries with action items to customers, in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong communicator - verbal and written
• Outcomes/results management
• Be able to work remotely or onsite with a customer
• Sense of urgency
• Consulting experience with customers
• Build relationships with customers and sales teams
• Manufacturing expertise
• Problem solving
• Accounting experience
• Must be willing to travel up to 85% of the time
• Crystal report building
• Understanding and experience in consulting implementation methodologies
• 4-6 years of ERP implementation or consulting experience required
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments required
• Hands-on implementation and/or consulting experience in a product company required
• EnterpriseIQ/IQMS experience preferred, * Business consulting: 3 years (Required)
• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
• ERP systems: 2 years (Required)
