Job description

  • Serve as a technical expert on liquid cooling components within data center architecture-racks, manifolds, cold plates, CDUs
  • Lead engineering engagement with hyperscalers, integrators/OEM-ODMs, and CDU manufacturers, including weekly technical touchpoints and onsite support.
  • Manage product qualification activities: define timelines, drive feasibility and validation testing, coordinate with other engineering function, operations, and maintain customer open-items trackers.
  • Execute quotation and part activation processes: coordinate with Sales, complete cost/lead time work, assign CRNs, and ensure smooth product setup in Salesforce and SAP.
  • Maintain technical documentation and revision control in Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy when sharing drawings and specifications.
  • Deliver trainings, webinars, application notes, and customer-ready technical presentations. Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and translate market/engineering trends-such as single- and two-phase cooling-into meaningful inputs for product development and the long-term roadmap. *, * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.

  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.

  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.

  • You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about-we think they’re pretty great.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in applications, product, or field engineering preferably within data centers, cooling systems, thermal management, or fluid conveyance.
  • Ability to interpret customer specifications, engineering drawings, and system requirements-flow, pressure, materials, and connection types.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills for technical presentations, training, and cross-functional work.
  • Proficiency with engineering/PLM and commercial systems such as Teamcenter, SAP, and Salesforce is preferred
