Job description

You’ll take on a pivotal role at the centre of VodafoneThree’s commercial engine, where you’ll shape how we price, position, and promote our fixed products across both Vodafone and Three brands. Blending insight with creativity and commercial awareness, you’ll design pricing strategies that connect with customers while delivering strong business outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to influence decisions, collaborate widely, and continuously improve how we go to market.

  • Lead ATL pricing strategies and promotions for fixed products, creating compelling and considered propositions that balance customer appeal with commercial value
  • Drive BTL pricing and tactical initiatives, combining thoughtful analysis with intuition to respond to market shifts and optimise performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing decisions align with broader commercial strategy and shared goals
  • Support pricing frameworks, discounting policies, and governance to maintain fairness, consistency, and revenue protection
  • Contribute to key trading periods and quarterly planning, helping to define ambitions and shape impactful pricing and promotional plans
  • Monitor market trends and internal performance, using both data and judgement to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Support tariff refresh activities, ensuring our products remain relevant, flexible, and aligned to evolving customer needs
  • Collaborate with partnership teams and external vendors to deliver thoughtful and effective commercial initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Analysis skills?, * You’ll bring experience in a commercial, pricing, or similar role within telecommunications or a related industry

  • You’ll combine strong analytical thinking with curiosity, using data to inform decisions while remaining open to new ideas and perspectives
  • You’ll feel comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating clearly and building trusted relationships
  • You’ll approach challenges with both confidence and empathy, balancing results with collaboration
  • You’ll have experience with fixed pricing and a solid understanding of competitive market dynamics
  • You’ll be confident using Excel and, ideally, other data tools or dashboards
  • You’ll be adaptable and resilient, able to stay focused and effective in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • You’ll enjoy working across teams, contributing to an inclusive and supportive culture where ideas are shared and valued
  • You’ll have a proactive mindset, with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions at pace
  • You may also bring experience in business casing, cross-functional delivery, or working on large-scale commercial initiatives (helpful, but not essential)
