Job DescriptionIT Field Engineer | London x 2We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Field Engineer to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent technical support for our clients working across the financial sector within London.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networkingInstall, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking equipmentProvide on-site and remote support to clients in LondonMaintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and technical support providedWork closely with other team members and departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issuesQualifications:Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networkingExperience providing 2nd line technical supportExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong Office 365 and Active Directory experienceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis opportunity offers a generous holiday package, funding for training and certifications and a healthcare plan.
