Job description
The PrSM Inc 4 program is seeking an experienced System Design and Requirements Lead to ensure the development of a compliant and effective solution. The Inc-4 program is entering a critical phase of development, and it is essential that the system design and requirements are well-defined, aligned with Modular Open System Architecture (MOSA) principles, and meet the MFC SE EPM standards and best practices.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to a small SE team, manage and delegate tasking, and drive the integration of SE design team with interdisciplinary members on the program. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with MFC SE EPM standards and best practices
- Aligning threshold and objective requirements with Lockheed Martin’s Inc-4 solution
- Developing a clear vision for future system compliance to enable smooth transition to production
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
- Ability to work onsite.
- Ability to travel.
- 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or 4 years of professional experience required with a related PhD
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff members
Desired Skills
- Technical leadership experience (ability to manage/delegate tasking for a small SE team while contributing directly to technical effort)
- Requirements management experience with DOORS/Cameo
- Architecture development experience with Cameo
- Interface definition and refinement experience
- Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) experience

Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
