Oracle Kvm Migration Engineer

Plan, prepare, and execute the migration of workloads from VMware to Oracle KVM physical hosts.

Configure and optimize Oracle KVM hosts for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Ensure all virtual machines, applications, and data are migrated with minimal downtime.

Validate and test migrated workloads to ensure integrity and performance.

Implement backup, recovery, and monitoring strategies for the new KVM environment.

Troubleshoot any migration-related issues and provide immediate resolution.

Do you have experience in VMware?, Proven hands-on experience with Oracle KVM deployment, configuration, and management.

Strong experience with VMware environments and live migration of VMs.

Solid understanding of physical host architecture, storage, networking, and performance tuning.

Experience with Linux-based systems, particularly in enterprise environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex migrations.

Experience with migration planning and execution, including testing and validation.

Knowledge of backup, recovery, and high availability strategies for KVM environments.
