IT Support Engineer (MSP)

You’ll be at the heart of our service delivery, supporting a variety of businesses across different industries:

• Resolving IT support tickets from start to finish (no hand-offs, real ownership)
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, someone they rely on
• Troubleshooting across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and more
• Assisting with onsite visits when required (not just stuck behind a desk)
• Working closely with senior engineers and account managers to deliver exceptional service

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, We don’t expect you to know everything but we do expect the right attitude.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support (MSP experience preferred)
• Comfortable handling 2nd line support issues
• Solid understanding of:
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and improve
