ERP Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join a global manufacturing organisation and become a key member of its EMEA ERP Operations Team. This is a excellent opportunity for a skilled It professional with ERP support experience to work within a multinational environment, supporting critical business systems across multiple sites throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will provide first and second-line support for a range of ERP and business applications, ensuring a high-quality service for internal stakeholders while contributing to ongoing improvements, standardisation and best practise initiatives., * Provide first and second-line support for ERP and business applications.

• Monitor and manage ERP helpdesk tickets, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where required.
• Train and support business users on ERP functionally and best practises.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Support ERP-related projects, systems improvements and process changes.
• Monitor service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and operational procedures.

Do you have experience in Sage?, Experience with one or more of the following systems would be highly advantageous:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• SAP ECC
• Sage Line 500

About You: To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in an ERP/Application Support position.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience working within a fast-paced support environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer -focused approach and commitment to service excellence.

Desirable Experience:

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• ERP certifications
• Microsoft certifications
• Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Azure or cloud-based technologies.
• Understanding of networking infrastructure.
• Experience supporting business-critical systems.
