DeliveryAct as the primary point of contact for Managed Service Providers and technology suppliersManage operational infrastructure and service improvement projectsDrive service improvements, operational governance and supplier performanceCoordinate major incidents, change management and operational resilience activitiesSupport cyber security, compliance and operational risk managementLead and develop a small internal technology teamRequired ExperienceProven experience leading IT Operations, Infrastructure or Service Delivery teamsStrong MSP and supplier management experienceStrong understanding of Azure Entra ID and Identity ManagementGood networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and FirewallsExperience delivering infrastructure or operational technology projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPrevious people management experienceDesirable QualificationsITIL FoundationMicrosoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator (SC-300)Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+PRINCE2 or Agile CertificationCISSP, CISM or equivalent security certificationBenefits25 Days Annual Leave + Bank HolidaysHybrid WorkingPension ContributionHealthcare Cash PlanLearning & Development SupportFlexible WorkingEmployee Assistance ProgrammePlease note sponsorship is not available for this position and candidates must be able to commute to London 1-2 days per week.
