Job description

  • Lead and manage the Data, Analytics & AI Centre of Enablement function.
  • Oversee demand intake, prioritisation and governance processes.
  • Drive adoption, engagement and value realisation of Data & AI initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics and benefits tracking.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and external partners.
  • Support workforce upskilling, training and Data & AI capability development.
  • Promote innovation through workshops, knowledge sharing and new initiatives.
  • Maintain policies, standards and governance procedures across the organisation.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Proven experience leading a Centre of Excellence (CoE) or Centre of Enablement function.

  • Experience within Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation environments.
  • Strong experience managing demand pipelines, governance processes and prioritisation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking benefits realisation and business value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across both technical and business teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with System Integrators or external delivery partners.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide change management and adoption programmes.
  • Familiarity with Data & AI platforms, tools and operating models., * Are you comfortable working within an Inside IR35 contract? (Required - Please respond YES or NO)
