Job description

• 247/round-the-clock production support for SSIS jobs and packages
• Monitor ETL/data workflows and troubleshoot failures
• Perform RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Work with Development and DevOps teams on fixes/deployments
• Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and incident logs
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Meet SLAs and operational standards

Requirements

• Strong SSIS / SQL Server Integration Services
• Strong SQL Server / ETL experience
• Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation
• Production support for data platforms
• Monitoring/alerting: Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.
• Incident management and ticketing systems
• Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Strong communication/documentation
