Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration services using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE).
  • Build and deploy containerized applications on cloud platforms.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Kubernetes.
  • Design and develop RESTful and SOAP APIs using an API-first approach.
  • Integrate enterprise systems using TIBCO EMS, ActiveSpaces, ADB Adapter, and Kafka.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve runtime engine, container, and integration performance issues.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver integration solutions.
  • Work with Oracle databases for data integration and management requirements.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Integration Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in TIBCO technologies, containerized deployments, API development, Kubernetes, and Oracle databases., * 8+ years of experience with: *

  • TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE)
  • TIBCO EMS
  • TIBCO ActiveSpaces 4.x
  • TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA)
  • TIBCO ADB Adapter
  • Apache Kafka
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
  • Expertise in designing and developing REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Good understanding of security concepts, performance tuning, and container deployments.
  • Experience with Oracle Database.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in enterprise integration and microservices architecture.

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 to $174,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
