Job description
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Architect with strong hands-on expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks/BW5/BW6, TIBCO EMS, enterprise integration, APIs, messaging, and cloud technologies., * Design scalable, secure, and highly available TIBCO integration architectures.
- Lead TIBCO BW/BW6 development, modernization, and migration initiatives.
- Define integration patterns, standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to define technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, performance, and production issues.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of TIBCO integrations.
- Support cloud integration and legacy TIBCO modernization initiatives.
- Ensure integration solutions meet enterprise scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability standards.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with TIBCO integration development while also having strong enterprise architecture experience. The candidate should be capable of designing scalable, highly available integration solutions, leading BW/BW6 migration initiatives, defining integration standards, and providing technical leadership to development teams. Must-Have Skills
- 8 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and BusinessWorks 6.
- Strong experience with TIBCO EMS and messaging.
- Experience with TIBCO BusinessEvents and enterprise integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SOA, ESB, API, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON, and WSDL.
- Strong Java fundamentals.
- Experience with Oracle/SQL and database integration.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of Kafka or other enterprise messaging platforms.
- Cloud integration experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience., The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Hands-on with TIBCO BW5 and BW6
- Strong in TIBCO EMS
- Experienced with API and enterprise integration
- Strong in SOA/ESB/Microservices architecture
- Experienced with Kafka/messaging
- Comfortable with AWS/Azure cloud integration
- Strong in DevOps and CI/CD
- Experienced in BW5 to BW6 modernization/migration
- Capable of working as both an Architect and hands-on technical contributor
